repository download again - how to install offline

I downloaded the repository and it took me approx 30 hours.

after 28 hours it stopped (downloaded was already until "pool/main/t" and I had to download the rest.

download speed on average 19 MiB/s which meant 65-70 GiB/hour.

I did it on the weekend in order to have less network traffic and I got a higher download speed as usual.

It is 2 TB already - Total file size: 1,99T bytes

What command do I have to use when I upgrade the download of the Trisquel Repository in 2 month?

Is it the same as the one I used after the stop of downloading and I had to download again the rest?

$ rsync -P -rlpthi --delete-after --stats rsync.trisquel.org::trisquel.packages .

what do I have to do on the offline laptop that it uses the external harddrive with the repository to install something?
I tried but didn´t work.

may be in sources to add something?
