rediris.es dead mirror still listed

The rediris mirror died, it should not be mentioned on the European mirrors list of packages.trisquel.info. E.g. http://packages.trisquel.info/toutatis/amd64/gcc/download

Also listed on http://archive.trisquel.info/README.html
