Liferea recommends nonfree software

Liferea-1.10.3, which comes preinstalled on Trisquel 7.0, by default allows the user to open links in nonfree browsers such as Konqueror.

Steps:
1. Open Lifefrea
2. Go to Tools>Preferences and then to the Browser tab
3. Under External Browser settings there is a drop down menu listed as "Browser:" There it will list the nonfree software.

I agree with Legimet, it is better to fix the issue in konqueror/kdelibs. I've added new helpers for that here https://devel.trisquel.info/trisquel/package-helpers/commit/dc4fcb0efbf092128488d21586587bb50f6dd762

Konqueror is free software. It does have some references to nonfree plugins that the Trisquel project would want to remove. Make a package helper for [#6007] instead. It should be straightforward; Parabola has patches:

I have made a patch that should be able to close this issue.

The patch needs review.
