[GFSD] grace contains nonfree cephes library

The package grace contains a nonfree version of the cephes library. In 2004, the author agreed to let Debian use cephes under the GPL license, but grace still has the nonfree version. Debian just fixed the issue today, so we should backport from Debian or Ubuntu once it reaches the archives.
