URLs of non-english forums

I find the URLs of the non-english forums fairly misleading, currently the french forum for example is at

https://trisquel.info/en/forum/trisquel-utilisateurs

I think this URL would make much more sense

https://trisquel.info/fr/forum/

(I realize this probably doesn't bug a lot of people and there probably is a funky technical reason for it.)

It is supposed to be that way. The "en" or "fr" instructs the browser on what language to display everything in (such as user options on the side). For example if a user was in "https://trisquel.info/fr/forum/" maybe it is because they speak primarily french and want all their options in french but just happen to be browsing the english forum.
