Create more contributor role banners

Now people on the forum have banners that proclaim they're members or translators. This is good but we could use more roles, e.g. artist and coder. This small encouragement could mean more contributors.

Also, all such banners should contain a link explaining how to become part of that group, like the members banner currently nicely does.
