Re 4: repository download again - how to install offline

What do I have to change now?

I have got:
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/trisquel.sources

trisquel.sources:

Enabled: yes
Types: deb deb-src
URIs:file:/media/alle/25324e35-5a58-4712-8e36-c5f612436cb3/RepositoryTrisquel/
#URIs: https://archive.trisquel.org/trisquel/
Suites: ecne-backports
Components: main
Signed-By: /usr/share/keyrings/trisquel-archive-keyring.gpg

It was:
Enabled: no
URIs: https://archive.trisquel.org/trisquel/
(I put an # in front)
(and I added the new URIs)

/etc/apt/sources.list

sources.list:

# Trisquel sources have moved to /etc/apt/sources.list.d/trisquel.sources
URIs:file:/media/alle/25324e35-5a58-4712-8e36-c5f612436cb3/RepositoryTrisquel/ ecne main
#deb https://archive.trisquel.org/trisquel
#Addedby software-properties
#deb-src https://archive.trisquel.org/trisquel/ ecne main

I added here the new URIs:file:/media/alle/25..../RepositoryTrisquelU ecne main
and put a # in front of the old one: deb-src https://...
